When you’re ready, complete an enrolment application for your child. Our team will be here to support you through each step and answer any questions along the way.

For children enrolling in Prep, your child must be five years old by 30 April of the year they commence school.

As part of the enrolment process, families are also asked to provide supporting documentation, such as a birth certificate, immunisation history, and any relevant educational or medical information.

Catholic families will also be registered with our parish.

4

Enrolment meeting & offer

We’ll invite you to meet with our principal or a member of our leadership team. It’s a chance for us to get to know your family, learn more about your child and talk about their journey with us. Following the meeting, we’ll be in touch regarding an offer of enrolment.

5

Transition & welcome

We want every child to feel happy, confident and ready to begin. Children commencing Prep at the beginning of the school year will take part in our Pre-Prep process, designed to warmly welcome them to our school and help them feel comfortable before their first day.

We’ll help your child get to know their new school, meet their teachers and make new friends. We look forward to welcoming your whole family into our community.

We’d love to welcome your family

Holy Eucharist School will:

  • Welcome all in the name of Christ and His Church.
  • Recognise and accept cultural differences and similarities and provide programs that enhance knowledge.
  • Acknowledge that our local community is made up of diverse cultures and religions.
  • Provide an environment that is welcoming and accepting of all.

Uniform Policy

Holy Eucharist has a compulsory uniform which is worn with pride, by all its students from Prep to Grade 6.

As part of our Sun Smart Policy all students also need to wear a school hat for all outdoor activity during Terms One and Four. These should be kept in pristine condition and as with all uniform, have the child’s name clearly written inside.

Black shoes are an important component of boys and girl’s uniform, the exception being on sport days, when joggers are permitted.

Our sole uniform supplier is PSW Uniform Shop, 2/51-53 Westwood Drive, Ravenhall, VIC 3023 and uniforms can be ordered online, from www.psw.com.au. Ph: 9769-0342.

Girls uniform varies over Summer and Winter and there are many options available to keep girls both warm and comfortable.

As sport is held in each class at least once a week it is vital that a unisex sports tracksuit is purchased and worn only on sports days by all students.
